Exchange Policy

Parcel can be exchanged within 7 days after delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Exchange is only applicable if you receive a damaged item, defective item, wrong size, wrong color, or an item different from your order.

To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include order number or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, altered, damaged by customer, or items without original tags/packaging are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed if the product is unavailable, damaged, incorrect, or replacement is not possible.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
